No âmbito das actividades do nosso Projecto Interdisciplinar, os alunos da 7ª Classe escreveram, sob a orientação do seu professor de Inglês, uma simples redacção sobre as suas férias. Este exercício visava principalmente ajudar os alunos a melhorarem as suas habilidades de escrever em inglês.

Eis algumas redacções …

MY HOLIDAYS

I went to Brazil on November 10^th 2012 with my mother, my father and my sister. I visited my aunt, my cousin and my cousin baby in Belo Horizonte – MG.

I went to my grandmother’s house at Cachoeira do Campo – MG. I met all my cousins, my great grandmother and my grandmother. I ate a lot; I played with my computer and my iPad.

I went to my other grandmother’s house in Paracatu – MG. I met my cousins Ana Ligia, Ana Clara, Thiago, Larissa and Caio. We played a lot; we drank some milkshake and we ate at Giraffes and McDonald's. I came back to Tete on December 6^th. I went to Amanda’s birthday party on December 22^nd.

I spent Christmas Day with my friends. I took a lot of soft drink. I played a lot; a listened to the music. I spent The New Year’s Day with some friends and with my sister. When my other friends came back I played with them and I was very happy.

On January 7^th, 2013 I started my lessons and I met my other teachers. I think that was a good holiday.

MY HOLIDAYS

During my vacation I went to South Africa on December 17^th, 2012. I went with my family. I stayed at Hotel Eastgate, in front of the Eastgate Shopping. I went to Pretoria then my family and I went to Gold City Reef where I went to a water park where my brothers and I played a game called Anaconda. My mother and my other brother played another game called Log ride.

Then we went to the Hotel to prepare our things to go to Dubai.

We flew to Dubai on December 23^rd and got there the next day at 10:30 a.m.

We stayed at Ramada Hotel just in front of Sahara Mall.

We went to palm area where my brother and I were in a leap of faith, and then we got in the balloon boat to play. Then we went to Dubai Shopping Mall. There we dined.

The next day we went to Dubai Gold Market and we had lunch at Sahara Mall.

The following day we flew to South Africa. We stayed one day in South Africa and the next day we flew back to Mozambique.

MY HOLIDAYS

My holidays were very cool.

I traveled to Brazil on December 20^th 2012 with my mother and father. We arrived on December 21^st. The same day I went to my hometown in Belém – PA. I was hosted at my paternal grandmother’s house.

I visited some sights of my city. I went to the mall, to the cinema where I watched a very good movie. I did shopping with my mother and I didn’t stay at home but walked with my parents.

I spent Christmas Day with my maternal grandparents. I could meet my cousins, uncles, grandparents and friends. Spending Christmas Day with them was very good. When I was there the whole time close to my cousins, I played and talked a lot.

I spent The New Year’s Eve with my paternal grandmother. I went to church and then I went to my grandparent’s house and other relatives met my mother.

When it was nearing the day of coming back to Tete, I tried to get the most out of my vacation. I visited my friends and I played near my home.

On January 8^th I started my journey back to Tete. I stayed one day in Guarulhos (São Paulo) at the hotel and then I went for a walk with my parents.

I arrived in Tete on January 9^th. I rested a bit until my classes began. My holidays were great because I was with the people I love.

MY HOLIDAYS

My holidays were nice. My family and I went to Zimbabwe, we went to a Reserve Park early in the morning and we saw animals (giraffes, baboons, rhinos, gazelles, buffalos …). The next day we went to the city centre to have lunch at Nandos'. While we were in the town I looked at the cars. There were cars you wouldn’t see in a million years here in Mozambique. Everything was cheep the food, the drinks, everything. Then we went to sleep at the Oasis. We went to the mall and my father bought me a guitar. Then the next day we came back to Tete. A week later we went to Cahora Bassa, to Tiger Lodge. I saw some animals. We ate and then we came back to Tete so tired. The place was filthy we cleaned it up.

So I enjoyed my holidays.
